Amino Resins

Amino resins are standard supports for attachment of other linkers, such as Rink amide linker and photolabile linker via acylation with a carboxylic acid group in the linker. Carboxamides from aminomethyl resin are stable to acid, but carboxamides from MBHA resins can be cleaved by strong acid, such as HF or TFMSA.
